The EPHNA likes to share important documents on nutrition and health. On this page, you will find guidelines on nutrition information, as well as fact sheets on all sorts of subjects that are important to the EPHNA.

General presentation EPHNA

Factsheet Storage of food
Storing food properly brings many benefits. Products last longer, you have to throw less away, and bacteria grow less quickly. This factsheet shows what is meant by 'properly stored'. Also it provides practical recommendations on how to store food properly.

Factsheet Influence of the physical environment on eating behaviour
